A co-production by Tous en Sons! and Marseille Jazz des cinq continents. A new experience and new landscapes. As part of the Tous en Sons!

festival, Marseille Jazz des cinq continents is particularly delighted to present a co-production stemming from its close relationship with our colleagues from the prestigious Jazz à Vienne festival.

Each summer, Jazz à Vienne raises the curtain with a show for primary school pupils from the region, who fill the stands of the Théâtre antique to attend a creation specially designed for the festival's opening.

In 2026, Vincent Peirani was invited to create a show worthy of the event. A virtuoso artist with extreme sensitivity, Vincent is also a mind open to repertoires and narratives from all over the world.

Every loyal follower of Jazz des cinq continents remembers the unique concert at the Théâtre Silvain, Le Tour du monde avec Vincent Peirani, in 2019. For this challenge, the accordionist summons a character dear to all of Scandinavia.

Ronya, fille de brigands is a novel by Astrid Lindgren that all children there know.

This tale, rich in adventure and emotion, tells the story of Ronja, an intrepid young girl born in the heart of a brigand fortress, a fortress which, on the evening of her birth, was split in two by a storm.

Ronja grows up amidst the laughter of outlaws and the mysteries of the Scandinavian forest. She befriends Birk, the son of the rival clan.

Their friendship brings old grudges to the surface, rekindles past hatreds, and draws them into an adventure where they must choose between family loyalty and the quest for freedom. With Ronja, music and theatre unite in a vibrant fresco.

Julie Sicard, from the Comédie-Française, and Sanseverino embody the voices of the narrative, surrounded by the combined energies of the ensembles Journal Intime and Jokers, directed by Vincent Peirani.

Two choirs, children and adults, give substance to the forest, creatures, and brigands.
