We invite you to discover the original drawings from the animated film Le Corset by Louis Clichy, at 24 rue de Lappe from Wednesday to Saturday, 11 am to 7 pm.

We are pleased to invite you to our next exhibition dedicated to the original drawings from the animated film Le Corset by artist Louis Clichy, from 1 October to 18 October 2026, in our Parisian gallery. “On a farm in the heart of Beauce, Christophe, 11, follows in his father’s footsteps. But at school, at home, on the tractor, Christophe leans… and falls. He is forced to wear a corset to keep straight. While the farm goes through difficult times, Christophe grows up as best he can. He discovers music and meets Clara, with whom everything seems to become possible.” Le Corset is a personal story that traces the journey of Christophe, a young man from Beauce forced to wear a corset from primary school. Through his story, his encounters and his village, the film draws an intimate narrative, supported by remarkable ink and watercolour work. The film will be released in cinemas on 14 October. The artist

Born in 1979 and originally from Beauce, Louis Clichy trained in animation at the École des Gobelins. He began his career as an animator at Pixar on Wall-E (2008) and Up (2009). He then co-directed with Alexandre Astier Astérix : Le Domaine des Dieux (2014) and Astérix : Le Secret de la potion magique (2018). Le Corset is his first personal feature film as a director. After many years dedicated to 3D animation, the film presents a very personal style, characterised by line drawing and watercolour.
