Just hours before the New Year, two hardened bachelors make the most difficult resolution to keep: to be in a relationship before midnight! Christian and Patrick are old high school friends, but over a quarter of a century, fate has led them down diametrically opposite paths. While one has succeeded, the other lives a bohemian life! But both have kept one thing in common: their single status! By a twist of fate, the two friends find themselves celebrating New Year's Eve together, and ghosts of the past resurface to move them, make them quarrel, but most importantly, make them realise that the clock is ticking and it might be time to find true love. With each other's lack of savoir-faire, united like two shoes stuck on an electric wire, Christian and Patrick are determined not to start the new year with a heavy heart and make the crazy bet to be coupled up before midnight.
