Jean-Dragan is a new-generation coach, a self-proclaimed specialist in managing nervousness and self-control. His method? Connected watches capable of monitoring his patients' emotions in real time… and acting remotely to calm them.
Convinced he has a therapeutic revolution on his hands, he invites some of his clients to an experimental dinner, with a simple idea: to confront their tensions to better master them.
But between a singer at her wits' end, a patient as mysterious as he is unsettling, and a coach ready to do anything to prove the effectiveness of his method, the evening quickly spirals out of control.
Because beneath the veneer of serenity and personal development, everyone hides their flaws… and sometimes much more. When the watches go wild, nerves fray, and masks fall, only one thing becomes certain: tonight… no one will stay zen.
