Overview
Big Bruce and the Retro Kids is an instrumental Soul/Blues/Funk project initiated by guitarist Brice Loubet, surrounded by renowned musicians from the French jazz, soul, and groove scene.
Conceived as a bridge between popular music and instrumental music, the band is currently developing an original repertoire nourished by Soul culture, 70s groove, and improvisation, with an aesthetic inspired by The Meters, John Scofield, Delvon Lamarr, and Vulfpeck.
